1. Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 hours: Full refund to your original payment method.
  • After 24 hours: Orders cannot be canceled; no refunds will be issued.

2. Return & Exchange Policy:
Each gown is handmade and custom-made for every bride. To guarantee that you receive a brand-new dress made exclusively for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If you experience any issues with the quality or craftsmanship, please contact us — we’ll provide a full refund or remake to ensure your satisfaction.

3. Refund Policy

  • Return Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned dress (minus shipping and restocking fee).
  • Defects & Shipping Errors:
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence.
  • Choose repair, replacement, or full refund—we’ll cover all associated costs.
  • Defect refunds processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

4. Final Sale Items

Custom Orders & Extended Sizes (outside US 2–US 12): All made‑to‑order dresses—including custom measurements, colors, or design modifications—are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
